Waive Your Requirement

Do nothing, and your management company will place a named peril policy on your unit to cover property damage caused by you, satisfying the insurance requirement. A small monthly waiver fee will apply. 
This policy does not replace renters insurance and does not provide coverage directly to you (the resident).
